About the event
We present a selection of Pinot Noirs of Australia from various regions across the great southern land. Each wine has its own unique story and all have embraced this finicky grape to create exceptional wines—the night hosted by Stu McKenzie from Cork & Co.
2023 Two Tonne ‘TMV’ Pinot Noir – Tamar Valley, TAS
It's a fantastic wine with impeccable fruit and a savoury undertone - a wonderful example of the high quality being produced by a new generation of Tasmanian winemakers. The lively aroma features wild fruits, red cherry, chocolate, and spice. It's flavorful and juicy, with an abundance of sweet fruit flavours complemented by a fine, slightly chalky, and savoury finish.
