Moo's Pilsner is a take on traditional German beers with a hoppy twist. While some Australian and Kiwi brewers replace the original Saaz hop with a New World variant, Moo uses only Spalt, another German hop. The beer has a pale straw colour and starts with grassy, fruity hop aromas before ending with a solid bitterness.
