This is cask number W521 of Dry Fly's Wheat Whiskey bottled at cask strength. It was selected from a range of casks and was a standout because it typified what the Dry Fly Wheat whiskey is capable of delivering - great flavour. It's been 6 years in the cask and has developed complexity and length of flavour that keeps begging for another sip. Add a splash of water to enjoy the different flavours that shine through at different levels of dilution. It's a whisky that keeps giving.
Toffee, caramel, plenty of spice, oak. A lingering finish with spice and gentle toffee. For a cask strength it is pretty smooth.
