About the event

Bridge Road Brewery

In the beginning, the brewery was established in Ben's dad's shed on Bridge Road in Beechworth. It was a microbrewery that had a 10HL brewery, bar, tasting room, and a bottling line, all cramped up in the tiny space. Today, Bridge Road's Beechworth HQ has a 340 seat taproom, pizzeria, and a 25HL brewhouse. You can now find Bridge Road beer in taps, fridges, and eskies from Bermagui to Bangkok.

Mayday Hills the Creek Belgian Lambic

Our annual Lambic-style Cherry Sour, a unique High Country take on a traditional Belgian ‘Kriek’. The 2024 vintage began its life in December 2023 when we filled oak barrels with whole cherries, freshly picked from a local orchard in Stanley. The barrels returned to the brewery that afternoon where they were filled with a golden base beer ahead of a 12-month secondary fermentation.

The resulting beer has a vibrant cherry colour, aroma and flavour, with a refreshing natural acidity and cleansing sour finish. An ultra-limited release, ready for cellaring or immediate enjoyment.

The Ale Saviour - Release No.1 Whisky

The first of three releases. The combination of 2 Hungarian Oak red wine and 1 American Oak red wine casks created 1900 bottles.

Bottled at 46% ABV & non-chill filtered as with all Corowa Whisky to highlight its flavour and oiliness.

The Ale Saviour - Release No.2 Whisky

The combination of Red wine, Port & Scotch Whisky barrels. Bottled at 46% ABV & non chill filtered as with all Corowa Whisky to highlight its flavour and oilyness.

Outsider Lager

Outsider Lager is their locally-inspired take on this most classic of styles, made with the finest Australian-grown malts and a delicate combination of local and noble hops. In the brewhouse, they slow down and embrace the art of the lager pioneers, working hard to keep it simple.
