Modern winery. Precise winemaking with a light touch. Select the best grapes. Gently pressed. Natural settling. Fermentation in steel tanks for 4-6 months. Natural sedimentation. Aged 3-6 months on fine lees. Chablis: pure, balanced between acidity and roundness.
Famille Bouey Les Parcelles No. 8
The Les Parcelles No. 8 has a deep red colour with purple highlights. The nose has fresh fruit aromas while the palate is well-balanced with silky tannins. The wine has an elegant taste from the first sip to the lingering finish.
