Mora Wines is the Skeggs family's latest venture in Central Otago, continuing their second-generation, New Zealand-owned project. Expanding on vineyards from the mid-1990s, they manage around 90 hectares in Bannockburn and Pisa. Sir Clifford Skeggs' legacy in New Zealand's business and public sectors underpins Mora's long-term approach, emphasising asset building, supporting talent, and prioritising quality. NV Mora Traditional Method Sparkling

Pretty lifted notes of white blossom, lemon curd, Royal Gala apples and white-fleshed stone fruit. Palate is zesty and fresh, with crunchy nashi pears and fine persistent bead. Lovely length and mouth filling richness balanced with bright acidity. The perfect aperitif.
