About the event

Think you know Pinot? Think again. While the variety remains the same, the results can be worlds apart. We’re putting the globe’s premier Pinot regions side-by-side to deconstruct the mystery of winemaking. Why does a French Pinot feel like silk while a New Zealand pour packs a punch? Matt O'Brien will be here to take you on a deep dive from the secrets of the winemaking and the terroir under the vines to show you exactly what makes each region unique.

"You don't just drink wine, you experience it!"

Airlie Bank White Pinot Noir

Airlie Bank White Pinot Noir (Yarra Valley)

A pale, bright gold with green tinges. Fruit-driven aromas of yellow apple together with a little strawberry sorbet and a hint of lime. Textured but light on its feet at the same time.
