Before the skyscrapers and the craft boom, there was Red Mill. Originally launched in 1933 by the Fesq family, this legendary Sydney spirit is back, and Shane Porter is here to pour the revival. Join us for a trip through Sydney’s liquid history as we taste.

Red Mill Rum Classic (Sydney)
For blending the Classic, we took a selection of casks that were approximately 50% ex-whiskey casks (Bourbon, Scotch and mixed Quarter Casks), and 50% ex-wine casks (Australian Pinot Noir and Red Bordeaux).
