Barbacan Sol Valtellina Superiore. Medium-bodied wine with elegant structure showing red fruit, carnation flowers, and mushroom notes. Savoury palate with fine tannins and bright acidity characteristic of Alpine Nebbiolo. More fruit-forward than other Barbacan wines. Serve at 60-65°F. Decant 30 minutes before serving to enhance aromatics.
