Fragrante Amaro Insolito first made in 1927 in Sorrento in the south of Italy, the story goes that every year in September Great Nonno Luigi would hole up in the back shack and all month produce his years stock of bitters. Using rosemary, rinds of freshly picked lemon, green cardamom and gentian and a blend of coastal herbs Fragrante Insolito is a light and moreish perfect for sipping over ice in the afternoon or before dinner.
