Kientzler Cremant d'Alsace Brut is made from 100% Auxerrois in the traditional method with low dosage of just 5g/l. This is made from the 'coeur de presse' (heart of the press juice which has the purest expression of fruit). This release has been aged for 21 months. Dry and vinous on the palate and fresh and lively, a perfect aperitif style.
