Radermacher Raerener Topfergeist Organic Gin. The ancestor of gin is genever, also called  pékèt  when it is produced EN in Wallonia. The Raerener Töpfergeist (Spirit of the potter of Raeren ) is is obtained by maceration and distillation of juniper berries (juniperus communis) in organic wheat alcohol.
Its name refers to the history of the pottery centre of Raeren which was the most famous and important one north of the Alps between the 14th and 16th century.
